It's been a month now that we have spent a couple of days in Nice where we had great time. We did long walks in the city, visited few of its historical places and we had some amazing food. Oh, and the real french baguette, I know it's "just" bread, but I absolutely loved it. Every night on our way back to the hotel we bought few pastries and a baguette, even if we had dinner. By the third night my daughter Hanna said - "Daddy not a baguette again!" - when she saw what I got from the bakery. What can I say, I didn't lose weight for sure, despite of kilometres walk every day.
Overall we had a wonderful time and I also [...]
This is Hanna, she is 6 years old and like many other kids she loves running around, jumping up and down, riding her bike and eating pizza. She also likes to take photos.
I bumped into some skater dudes few days ago while I was walking in the city. I stopped for a couple of minutes and watched them doing different flip tricks. It was one of the first sunny days of spring. As soon as the sun comes out and it gets a little bit warmer, the parks and squares in Dublin get packed with people and everybody is enjoying the sunshine. It was a long winter but hopefully it's over now.
All images were taken with the Fuji X-Pro1 and the 35mm f1.4 lens and they are part of my Streets of Dublin collection. Enjoy!
A huge crowd of Paddies invaded the streets of Dublin to celebrate St. Patrick's day last Tuesday. Flow of green faces, hats and leprechauns were everywhere, people were hanging from traffic lights and from buildings. The city was packed and became green for a day. It was so much fun.
All images were taken with the Fuji X-T1 with the 56mm f1.2 lens attached. Enjoy!
An other collection of images from the Streets of Dublin. All photos were taken with the Fuji X-T1. Enjoy!
Collection of images taken in and around Dublin in the last couple of weeks using the Fuji X100s, X-T1 and X-Pro1 cameras.
Hanna, our little daughter turned 6 yesterday. Time is flying, we still remember the day you were born as it was yesterday. People say life changes when you have a child. It is true. Hanna, when you came into our life you gave us the greatest love possible. We love you! Happy Birthday!
I made these series of photos to surprise my wife Anita. Hanna was pretty good keeping our quick photo shoot as a secret from her mother and only showed the photos to her on the day of her birthday. When she is in the right mood she is a cute little poser.
All images were taken with the Fuji X-T1 and the 56mm lens.
Well, not a whole lot of images, but I only had limited time when I arrived to the Nyugati Train Station where I met a childhood friend of mine and after a short talk with him I had to catch an other train to the airport. I'm originally from Hungary, but not from Budapest. Every time I'm in the old country I'm keep planing to spend a couple of days and do a few photo walks in Budapest, but it hasn't happened yet. Maybe next time. Anyway here are few images I managed to take with my Fuji X100s in and around the train station and on my way to the airport.
No, no food leftover here, but some images. I was going through my photos I made in Tokyo last summer to get some printed and I found a few pics I never shared. So here they are, a selection of black and white images from the streets of Tokyo. They were all made with the Fuji X100s and the X-T1. Bon Appétit!
Few weeks ago we spent a couple of days in Berlin and it happened to be the weekend when Germany celebrated the 25th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall. I only found out about our trip a day before we travelled, it was a surprise from my wife Anita. So off we went with our little daughter Hanna to discover what Berlin has to offer on that amazing weekend.
Since I completely moved to mirrorless system, I don't really have trouble with the weight of my gear. I always have my X100s with me and this time I packed the Fuji X-T1 with the 35mm lens attached to it and of course loads of spare batteries.
Berlin is a fantastic city and it's [...]
